Where we can deliver.

For now, we are only delivering in & around Bareilly region. But slowly & steadily we are planning to expand the delivery zones and hoping to extend our ZhopX family further.

We can only deliver where public entry allowed. In case on special premises buyer / customer must provide entry pass to our delivery person.

Special place refers to Army cant Area, Airforce Station, Airport, and places similar to this where entry passes required to enter. If entry pass was not provided by buyer the package will be delivered outside the premises.

How we make your product delivery.

ZhopX will deliver your products through our own shipping channels. Your parcel is normally delivered straight to your door.

Please note that currently we are not working with any third-party shipping or courier company. We will deliver your orders / products by own channel only.

What are the delivery options.

Currently we provide only standard local delivery. Order placed before 11:59 a.m will be delivered the same day. Order placed after 11:59 a.m will be delivered next day latest by 11:59 p.m.

What are the delivery charges.

Rs. 50 for Total Order Value less than Rs. 750.

Free Deliver for Total Order Value more than Rs 750.

What if product is damaged in transit?

If the delivered product was found damaged or defective, just call us at +91 9871621842 or write us at support@zhopx.com mentioning your order no. to assist you with the refund or replacement.

What if products missing from delivery package or the products delivered is different from the product ordered?

Just call us at +91 9871621842 or write us at support@zhopx.com mentioning your order no. to assist you with the immediate refund or replacement.

What if delivery was attempted but I was not available to collect the item?

If the delivery was attempted but you are not able to receive the product or unavailable, the undelivered package or order returned to the ZhopX warehouse.

The undelivered package will be delivered with the next scheduled delivery in the same location. After making two attempt the order package didn’t received / collect by the customer/buyer or if the buyer was not available, the order will automatically cancelled and in case payment made in advance will be refunded as soon as possible.

Can someone else collect the delivery on my behalf?

In case of your absence if someone on behalf of you have to collect the delivery, please inform us in advance over call +91 9871621842 or write us at support@zhopx.com mentioning your order no. with the name and any of Id details of the person. While delivering we will confirm the id to make sure to deliver the product to the right person.
