Where and How we can deliver.

We are delivering All India through our shipping partners. Your parcel is normally delivered safely and securely straight to your door. Although our delivery timelines may vary depending on the region the item being delivered.

Also, we can only deliver where public entry allowed. In case on special premises buyer / customer must provide entry pass to our delivery person.

Special place refers to Army cant Area, Airforce Station, Airport, and places similar to this where entry passes required to enter. If entry pass was not provided by buyer the package will be delivered outside the premises. 

What are the delivery charges.

  • Pre-Paid Orders Shipping Charges
    • Free Shipping for orders ₹500 and above.
    • Rs. 50 charges for orders below ₹500.

 

  • Cash on Delivery Shipping Charges:
    • ₹70 for Total Order Value between ₹0 and ₹499. 
    • ₹100 for Total Order Value between ₹500 and ₹999.
    • ₹125 for Total Order Value between ₹1,000 and ₹1,499.
    • ₹150 for Total Order Value between ₹1,500 and ₹1,999.
    • ₹175 for Total Order Value between ₹2,000 and ₹2,499.
    • ₹200 for Total Order Value between ₹2,500 and ₹2,999.
    • ₹225 for Total Order Value between ₹3,000 and ₹3,499.
    • ₹250 for Total Order Value between ₹3,500 and ₹3,999.
    • ₹275 for Total Order Value between ₹4,000 and ₹4,499.
    • ₹300 for Total Order Value between ₹4,500 and ₹4,999.
    • COD is not available for Order Value more than ₹5,000.

What if product is damaged in transit?

If the delivered product was found damaged or defective, just call us or WhatsApp at +91 73025 52667 or reach out to us through chatbot or write us at support@zhopx.com mentioning your order no. to assist you with the refund or replacement.

What if products missing from delivery package or the products delivered is different from the product ordered?

Just call us or WhatsApp at +91 73025 52667 or or reach out to us through chatbot or write us at support@zhopx.com mentioning your order no. to assist you with the immediate refund or replacement.

What if delivery was attempted but I was not available to collect the item?

If the delivery was attempted but you are not able to receive the product or unavailable, the undelivered package or order returned to the ZhopX warehouse.

The undelivered package will be delivered with the next scheduled delivery in the same location. After making two attempt the order package didn’t received / collect by the customer/buyer or if the buyer was not available, the order will automatically cancelled and in case payment made in advance will be refunded as soon as possible.

Can someone else collect the delivery on my behalf?

In case of your absence if someone on behalf of you have to collect the delivery, please inform us in advance over call or WhatsApp at +91 73025 52667 or reach out to us through chatbot or write us at support@zhopx.com mentioning your order no. with the name and any of Id details of the person. While delivering we will confirm the id to make sure to deliver the product to the right person.
